Indemnification

This Indemnification page expands on, and is incorporated into, the Terms of Use for CalculateRealEstateROI.com (the "Website"), operated by Relationale LLC.

Protected Parties

For purposes of this section, the "Protected Parties" include Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, and each of their respective employees, contractors, contributors, affiliates, licensors, technology providers, successors, assigns, and service providers.

Your Agreement to Indemnify

any decision you make, or fail to make, in reliance on the Website; or
your unlawful, negligent, or fraudulent conduct.

In plain language: if someone sues us because of something you did, or because of how you used the Website, you agree to cover the resulting costs and defend us, to the extent the law allows.

Control of Defense

We may, at our sole discretion and at your expense, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us. You agree to cooperate with our defense of any such Claim and not to settle any Claim without our prior written consent.

Survival

Your obligations under this Indemnification section survive termination of your use of the Website and termination of the Terms of Use.

Jurisdictional Limits

Some jurisdictions limit the scope of indemnification clauses. Where that is the case, this section applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify a Protected Party for that party's own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, where applicable law prohibits such indemnification.
